Description
On 7/11/2023 NCPD received a report of a retail theft that occurred at Sheetz. Video surveillance footage showed an identified male Matthew Petry taking (4) 20oz White Claw black cherry - alcoholic beverages without paying for them. Subsequently, retail theft charges were filed at Magistrate Zungali's.
