Borough Council
The Northern Cambria Borough Council consists of elected members who set borough policy, adopt the annual budget, and represent the interests of all residents. Council meets on the second Monday of each month.

All Borough Council meetings are open to the public. Committee Meetings are the first Monday of each month at 6:00PM and Council is the second Monday of each month at 6:00PM.

Open Records Policy
Under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, citizens have the right to access public records held by government agencies. To request records from Northern Cambria Borough, submit an official Right-to-Know request.
Requests should be submitted in writing to the Borough’s Open Records Officer. The borough has five business days to respond.
